Extended Resale & Usage Rights (PLR-Style License)

All digital products and sewing patterns provided by Tailor Nova Studio are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Tailor Nova Studio.

Active membership holders are granted extended resale rights, similar to PLR usage, under the conditions outlined below.

What Members ARE Allowed To Do

Active members may:

• Use the digital patterns to create physical or digital products
  
• Resell products created using the patterns under their own brand
  
• Modify, redesign, or recreate their own product visuals, mockups, and presentation
  
• Use the patterns as a base to create new, original product listings
  
• Sell on marketplaces, personal websites, or other sales channels
  

Visual & Branding Requirements

When reselling products created from our patterns:

• Members must create their own visuals
  
• Original Tailor Nova Studio images, mockups, graphics, or branding may not be reused
  
• Visuals must be clearly altered or fully original
  
• Products must be presented as part of the member’s own brand
  

What Is NOT Allowed

Members may NOT:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the original digital pattern files
  
• Sell the files in their original or minimally modified form
  
• Claim ownership of the original pattern design
  
• Repackage the patterns as standalone digital downloads
  
• Use Nova's Tailor Studio name, branding, or visuals in resale listings
  

License Scope

• This license applies only while the membership is active
  
• Rights are non-transferable
  
• Nova's Tailor Studio reserves the right to revoke access in cases of misuse or abuse
  

Important Note

This license allows product resale, not file resale.

The value added by the member must come from their own branding, presentation, visuals, or product positioning.
